The Alfa y Gama board at 09:20. System 1 built its story from the tiles it retrieved. The tiles it never retrieved do not feel missing. Watch what confidence tracks, then run the check that was skipped.
Felt confidence climbs to the low nineties on three tiles because the story they make is clean. Coverage sits at half, and the empty half holds exactly the record classes a front company controls least: ownership and what governments publish about the owners. Nothing on the left board is false. It is just not the evidence the decision needs.

Confidence tracks the coherence of the story you can tell; coverage never enters the feeling. Missing evidence does not feel missing. Write the absence list before you write the confidence language.
