L5 · Production & Dissemination
Taught once. Getting the judgment to the customer in a form they can act on: BLUF writing, the analytic standards that make a product defensible, report formats, and tailoring to the consumer. This is where the course connects back to the 63 deliverables as finished products.

Notes
- L5-02 ICD 203 is the rubric reused by the capstone to peer-review the final deliverable.
- L5-03 teaches full product-sourcing rigor (ICD 206) as course content — required of student products, not of teaching cards. Lead report shapes: McDowell assessment layout · Bazzell case report · Clark briefing. ICD 203/208 are public ODNI standards (live-research current text when building).
- Every applied track ends by mapping its work onto a real deliverable template — that handoff is taught here.
